    What happens if I miss an instalment?
    You get a three-day grace period and a reminder. After that, access to live classes pauses until the payment lands — your work, recordings and progress stay exactly where you left them. Nobody is removed from a cohort over a late payment without us speaking to you first.
    Is the payment plan more expensive?
    Yes, slightly. Paying once takes a discount off tuition. The two-part and three-part plans add a fixed difference against that discounted price, and the exact amount is printed on each plan card. There is no interest beyond that difference, and it never grows.
    Can I switch plans after I start?
    You can move to a shorter plan at any time — pay off the balance and the remaining fee difference is removed. Moving to a longer plan is possible before the second week; message an advisor and we’ll set it up.
    Can I get a refund?
    Full refund if you withdraw before the first class. Between the first and second class, we refund half. After the second class tuition is not refundable, but you can defer once to the next cohort at no extra cost.
    Do you take payment from outside Nigeria?
    Yes. Card payments work from anywhere. For international transfers, message an advisor for the correct account details and the exchange rate we’ll apply on the day.
    Can my employer or a sponsor pay for me?
    Yes. Choose bank transfer, enter your own details on the form, and put your name in the reference so we match the payment to you rather than the sponsor. We’ll issue an invoice and a receipt in the sponsor’s name on request.
